Purpose

Without a regular window into their device management, configuration drift and compliance gaps tend to stay hidden until they've already caused an incident. The team needed a clear, scheduled record of who changed what, and when, across every managed device and app — an accountability trail that surfaces problems before they escalate.

Description

We built an automated pipeline that pulls the audit logs out of their Intune device management on every scheduled run and turns raw event data into a readable report of user activity, configuration changes, and system operations. The report is generated and delivered to administrators' inboxes on a set schedule, so drift and compliance issues get caught early rather than after an incident. Because it runs on its own, nobody has to remember to check. The result is a standing paper trail for every change across the managed device fleet.
