Purpose

As Network Sports grew its fleet of connected dartboards, keeping each unit healthy meant tending to devices one at a time — a chore that got heavier with every board added. They needed to grow the fleet without growing the manual effort behind it, and to catch problems before players ever felt them.

Description

We built Network Sports a single control screen that gives operators fleet-wide visibility and command over every dartboard in the field. Device status flows back automatically, and operators push actions out to any unit from the same place — no more logging into boards individually. Issues surface early, so the team can fix a device before it interrupts a game. The result is a fleet that scales up without the maintenance load scaling with it.
