Purpose

Chevron's network management team ran their day across scattered places — different apps, servers, database queries, documentation, and task lists — so oversight was hard and work slipped through the cracks. They needed one place to see and run everything, so nothing got dropped.

Description

We built a desktop application designed around how the team actually works: every app and server they manage in one view, database queries run in-app with clean, readable results, and guides and server contacts a click away. It also tracks their risk-management and compliance to-dos alongside recurring health checks, keeping operational and compliance work visible in the same place. Consolidating the tools, references, and task tracking gave the team firmer day-to-day oversight and helped them finish on time. Fewer moving parts, fewer dropped tasks.
