Purpose

A student organization tracking attendance, meetings, events, and member records across scattered spreadsheets loses time to re-encoding and loses track of who actually showed up. The goal was one desktop tool that pulls all of that record-keeping into a single organized system.

Description

We built a Windows desktop application that records member attendance, logs meetings, manages event schedules, and keeps the full member database in one place, syncing records to the cloud. Officers can export attendance straight to spreadsheets for reporting, so timesheets come together without manual re-encoding. It replaced a pile of disconnected spreadsheets with one interface the organization runs its day-to-day on.
