Purpose
Built for the Android Masters 2019 competition, WANDERER promotes a healthy lifestyle by turning walking into a friendly contest, motivating users to stay active by competing with friends and other walkers.
Description
The Android app tracks each user's steps and ranks them against other participants through leaderboards, personal goals, and progress tracking backed by Firebase. Rewards and walking challenges keep users engaged over time, turning everyday walking into a social activity. The app was assembled in Kodular with real-time data syncing so competitions update as participants log their steps.
