Purpose

The thesis needed a tool that forecasts enrollment decline in Mapua University's Electrical and Computer Engineering program, giving the department data-backed projections to support strategic planning and intervention decisions.

Description

A PyQt5 desktop application that loads historical enrollment records and forecasts future enrollment using NeuralProphet time-series models. The app trains univariate models on the program's enrollment data with pandas and NumPy, generates future dataframes for configurable forecast horizons, and plots projected trends with Matplotlib so declining patterns are visible at a glance.
