Purpose
Keeping shared indoor spaces disinfected by hand is repetitive and inconsistent — someone has to remember to spray, and coverage varies every time. The project set out to automate that entirely, holding a space at a steady level of hygiene without anyone lifting a bottle.
Description
We built a prototype that dispenses disinfectant mist on its own, reading the air's humidity and misting automatically whenever it drops below a set point. A phone dashboard adds manual control and lets users tune that threshold, and the humidity readings are calibrated against reference measurements so the automatic mode responds to real conditions. It's a compact, self-running controller of the kind we prototype for hands-off environmental systems.
